Alex is a German national and old-time Globetrotter who has traveled more than 60 countries in the past 3 decades. During his turbulent years he worked on Wind jammers, built houses and wrote children books. He lived for years in the USA, Australia, Japan, Spain, the South Pacific and South East Asia.

Though by vocation a language professor, he has been working in Real Estate since 1992, providing insider information on reasonably priced yet unique properties all over Costa Rica.
